She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Spangler and Newell Foster Spangler; her sister Kay Spangler; and her aunt Edith Foster. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth H. Skinner; her children, Ken Skinner, Jr. (Kelly) of Jasper, Kristi Brooks of Spring and Kevin Skinner of Carrollton, Georgia; her grandchildren, Matt Skinner (Angelica), Joe Skinner, Rachel Skinner, Morgan Brooks and Nathan Brooks; her great grandchild Collins Ruth Skinner; her sister Sally Seig (Gene); and her siblings-in-law, Kay, Alan Wood, Mack and Phyllis Skinner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
