He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Hendrix and Peggy Gray (Gibby). He is survived by: his son Joshua Hendrix of Carrollton; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Vickie Rush of Carrollton; his sisters, Lisa Sneed of Villa Rica and Sandy; and his brother-in-law Eddy Perrine of Temple.
