He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howell Hearn and Velma Kaylor Hearn; and his sisters, Margaret Dixon and Martha Schuppe. He is survived by: his wife Helen Smith Hearn; his daughter Lorrie; his son-in-law Bart Gillespie; his granddaughter Emily Gillespie; his siblings, Joe Hearn and Dale Hearn Davis; his nephew Stan; and his niece Ruth Cordell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Holy Ground Baptist Church (1355 US Hwy 27, Roopville, GA 30170). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Holy Ground Baptist Academy Athletics.
