He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lowe and Mary Lorene Todd Lowe; and his siblings, Otis Ratliff, Jack Lowe and Ovada Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Lowe; his children, Nathan Lowe (Mia Wood) of Little Compton, Jesse Lamar Lowe (Carrie Fitts) of Roopville, Jeremy Lowe (Cait) of Acworth, Patrick Lowe of Carrollton, Georgia, Kristi Lowe (Andrew Gore) of Carrollton and Katiann Lowe of Carrollton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Duncan Lowe, Fisher Lowe, Ardis Lowe, Hawkins Lowe, Jack Lowe and Ellis Lowe; and his brothers, L. D. Lowe of Knoxville and Douglas Lowe of Allgood, Alabama..
