He was predeceased by: his parents, John Freeman Kilgore and Gwendolyn Landano (Vaughn); and his brother Jerry Kilgore. He is survived by: his wife Anita Kilgore (Disharoon) of Carrollton; his children, Billy Kilgore of Carrollton, Jordan Louis of Carrollton, Jerome Johnny Kilgore, Jr. of Cartersville and Wendy Westwood of Atlanta; his sisters, Diane (Terry Gaskins), Debra Howey of Macedonia and Sandra Callahan of Kennesaw; and his grandchildren, Mateo Westwood and Isabella Westwood.
