She is survived by: her husband Joshua Everett; her sons, James Duke (Katie) and Matthew Duke; her grandson Gabriel Duke; her siblings, Sharon Fields and David McKnight (Pam); her half-sister Michelle Caskey; and her stepfather Bill Caskey.
