He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Wayne Attaway; and his sister-in-law Tabitha Lynn Garner. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Tucker Attaway; his wife Vicki Yates Attaway; his children, Katlyn Alexis Payne, James Chase Attaway and Haley Madison Attaway; his sister Stephanie; his brother-in-law David Walker; his parents-in-law, Cari, Allen Dunn and John McLucas; and his siblings-in-law, Erica, Chris Britt, Kiley and Torey Driver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
