He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford R. Dugan and Alice Dugan of Maine; his wife Joyce Dugan; his children, Norman Lackey (Donna), Melissa Boyd (David) and Theresa Culotta (Vince); and his grandchildren, Sierra Bloome (Dalton), Austin Lackey, Casey Boyd, David Jackson Boyd (Beth), Leigh Wardlaw (Justin) and Mat Tyndal (Chandler). He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in his memory be made to The Boys Club or St. Vincent de Paul Children's Clinic.
