He is survived by: his wife Avanell Wood Chastain of Carrollton; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Kyle Buchanan of Carrollton; his daughter Emily Marin; his siblings, Joseph Chastain of Griffin and Angela Nix of Conyers; and his grandchildren, Beau Buchanan, Gabriel Marin, Sophia Marin and Mateo Marin.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. Collins Funeral Home & Cremation Service (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
