James Franklin Russell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Russell of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Albany, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Ryker and Lena Shoopman Ryker; and his siblings, Joanne Jenkins and Ben Russell. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Russell; his children, Jeff Russell of North Carolina and Pam; his son-in-law Marty Smith of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Taylor Smith (Haven), Andy Smith and Sydney Smith; and his great grandchild Loxley Smith.
