It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James E. Clay III of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Clay, Jr. and Joyce Pauline Clay. He is survived by: his son Justin Clay (Betsy); his grandsons, Justin Walker Clay, Jr. and Lanier Church Clay; and his siblings, Carol Sluder and Clinton Clay. He is also survived by other extended family members and a host of friends.
