He is survived by: his fiancée Ada Partin; his children, Judy Buchanan (Randy, Sr.) of Carrollton, James "Roger" Craft, Jr. of Alabama and Wanda Lewis of Carrollton; his stepchildren, Jimmy Patterson, Bryce Patterson, Joann Hess, Kevin Meeks, Karen Meeks, Jessica Alvarado (Jorge) and James Chalker (Lisette); his grandchildren, Jennifer Daniel (Trinnty), Jacqueline Byrd (William), Samual Padgett, Sandi Padgett (Chris Wood), Jeromy Padgett, Laura McCormick, Richard Craft, Kristen Bentley, Sidney Jiles, Jessey Lewis, Randy Buchanan, Jr. and Randall "Keith" Buchanan; and his sister Macil Janosh of Florida. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
