Phillips and Donna (Craig McWhorter); his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Sheila Phillips; his sister Jan; his brother-in-law Greg DeVine; and his grandchildren, Logan Henry, Carly, Stratton, Ashley Bennett, Mitchell, Magen Lavender, Avery, Leah McWhorter, Brandon, Ashley Lavender, Riley Phillips and Thatcher Phillips. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
