With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hubert Parmer of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Newell, Alabama, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Erby Parmer, Sr. and Rosie Knott Parmer of Missouri; his former wife Bonnie Lou Head Parmer; his wife Annie Ruth Hammitt Parmer; and his son George Allen Parmer.
He is survived by: his children, James Ricky Parmer (Gail) of Bowdon, Phillip Michael "Mike" Parmer of Roanoke, Alabama and Tara Cherie Franks (John) of Whitesburg, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Seth Parmer, Jared Parmer, Brett Parmer, Slade Parmer, Cason Parmer, Khia Lanning, Patrick Caldwell, Chris Parmer, Josh Parmer, Bethany Graves and Nicolas Dye. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
