She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Albert Ivey and Martha Hammonds Ivey; her son Dywayne Swanger; her granddaughter Tina Swanger; her foster son Wade Cosper; and her siblings, William Ivey, Pauline Chappell and Mary Ann Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Gwynn Lea of Carrollton, Geary Swanger (Anita) of Bowdon and Dawn Robinson (Joe) of Carrollton; and her siblings, Rosie Pointer of Bremen, Carolyn Kilgore (Danny) of Waco, Molly Ivey of Carrollton, Howard Ivey (Donna) of Carrollton, Willard Ivey of Geraldine and James Ivey (Julene) of Carrollton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
