He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L Franks, Sr. and Eva Jones Franks; and his sister Michelle Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Kellie Franks; his sons, Seth Franks (Jay Joslin) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Zachary Franks (Brianna Clark) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sisters, Brenda Leavell, Kay Wilbanks and Wanda Barnes; and his pets, Zeus, Zena, Roo, Winston, Pluto, Jamie and Gizmo. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113).
