She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillard Watson Shelton and Blanche Calhoun Shelton; her husband Eugene Talmadge Baxter; her daughter Regina Mae Baxter Weeks; and her siblings, Verna Lou Jenkins, Annie Ruth Corder, Willa Dean Smith, Mary Francis Shelton, Howard Shelton, Walter Shelton and Carl Shelton.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Eugene Baxter of Carrollton, Alan (Teresa Baxter) and Aaron Watson Baxter (Avery Ben Baxter) of Rockmart; her siblings, Donis Faye Bragg of Kennesaw and Jimmy Shelton (Ramona) of Mableton; and her grandchildren, Amber Harrington, Eugene Baxter, Jamie Weeks, Lucinda Baxter, Joshua Baxter and Sarah Baxter. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
