She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Culpepper and Virginia Fletcher Culpepper. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Williams; her daughter Virginia Williams Bell (John Bell); her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew and Evelyn Bell; her son Matthew Perry Williams (Jessica); her granddaughter Isabella Williams; and her brother Perry Melton Culpepper, Jr. (Jeri) of Cordele.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to either First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 102 Dixie Street or the Carrollton City Schools Education Foundation at 106 Trojan Drive, Carrollton.
