She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Johnson and Mae Norton Johnson; her husband Charles R. Reeves; and her siblings, Sarah Ann Johnson and Jerry Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Christine Reeves), Ken (Karen Reeves) and Pam; her son-in-law Judge Aubrey Duffey; her brothers, Terry (JoAnn Johnson) and Larry (Hilda Johnson); her grandchildren, Caleb, Ashley Reeves, Daniel, Layla Reeves, Tommy, Karla Richards and Halie Richards; and her great grandchildren, E. J. Reeves, Nora Reeves, Jesse Richards, Aiden Richards, Kaylee Richards, Shylie, Oren and Alivia Richards. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
