She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis Cole and Jessie Pearl Stamps Cole; her husband John Sherron Muse; and her siblings, Robbie, Lawrence Akin Jr., Wilma Cole, Herbert Cole, Houston Cole, Betty Ann Smith, Peggy Cole Reid and Janice Cole Kittle.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Muse Pope; her close friend Tony McEwen; her son Ricky S. Muse; her grandson Dylan Scott; her granddaughter-in-law Merideth Pope; her siblings, Michael (Charlsie Cole), Dwayne (Beth Cole), Wendell (Brenda Cole), Barry (Fredia Cole) and Bonnie (William Jenkins); and her siblings-in-law, Clarice Cole, Merial Cole, Donnie Kittle and Chester Reid.
