He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Armstrong and Ruby Widner Armstrong; and his daughter-in-law Alexa Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Mary Armstrong; his sons, Rick Armstrong (Christie) and Bob Armstrong (Jill); his grandchildren, Ricky Armstrong and Krissy Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Ivy Elizabeth Patterson and Elle Pearl Patterson.
