He was predeceased by: his father Mike Ballentine; his grandparents, Hugh, Jr., Jennavie Deese, Dan and Joyce Ballentine; his aunts, Sarah Deese and Tammy Deese; and his uncle Steve Deese.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Ballentine Pierce; his daughter Taylor; his son-in-law Jeremiah Boyd; his granddaughters, Miah and Nevaeh Boyd; his stepfather Steve Pierce; his sister Kelly; his brother-in-law Joey Driver; his brother Chad; his sister-in-law Cynthia Ballentine; his nephews, Connor and Caden Costello; his niece Kenzie Driver; and his close friends, Brandon Stanford and Valerie Brown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
