He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph Powell and Leila Mae Powell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Ballard Powell; his son David Powell; his daughter-in-law Susan; his daughter Lisa White; his son-in-law Chris; and his grandchildren, Isabella Powell, Keller and Harper White.
