She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger McElroy and Lizzie Tolbert McElroy; her husband Billy Vinson; and her brothers, James McElroy, Fred McElroy and Malcolm McElroy.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Vinson and Billie Jo Vinson Ramey; and her siblings, Clara Collins, Doris Vinson and Jack McElroy. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Congregational Holiness Church (760 Lovvorn Farm Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
