She is survived by: her mother Felicia Roberson Faith; her spouse Sammy Warner; her children, Addison Warner, Nathan Warner and Ansley Warner; her nephews, Cameron Faith and Landon Faith Jacob Warner; her brothers, Alex Faith and Andrew Faith; her parents-in-law, George Mark Lee and Candy Perkins (John); and her siblings-in-law, Mark Warner (Tricia) and Tiffany Lee (Justin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
