He is survived by: his spouse Bridgett Stilwell Sloan; his mother Opal Smith Taylor (Douglas) of Walhalla; his children, Russell Cory Sloan (Paige Lunsford) of Walhalla, SC, Keelan Stilwell Sloan of Carnesville, GA and Taylor Brianna Sloan of Carnesville, GA; his brothers, Richard G. Sloan (Debbie) of Townville, SC and T. Keith Shanklin of Lexington, SC; and his grandchildren, Baker Sloan and Arlo Sloan.
