He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oakley and Hazel Bowen Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Koehler Oakley; and his children, Rachel Wright (Edward) of St. Augustine, FL, Philip Oakley, Jr. of Carnesville, Rebecca Wilson (William) of Carnesville, Steven Oakley (Laura) of Newborn, James Oakley (Kimberly) of Covington, Marlana Wright (James) of St. Augustine, FL and Rachell Benton (Johnny) of Social Circle. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
