He was predeceased by: his parents, Gartrell Eugene and Mary Sue Snipes Moore; his former wife Geneva Carter Moore; and his brother Doug Moore. He is survived by: his brother Harold Moore; his wife Diane Payne Moore; his sons, Greg Moore of Toccoa, Tim (Pam Moore) of Toccoa and Jason Moore of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Clay Moore, Will Moore, Matt Moore and Lindsay Moore; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Moore and Jack Moore.
