He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Seagraves and Wenell "Winnie" Davis Seagraves; his wife Vicki Varner Seagraves; and his sister Linda Nunnally. He is survived by: his son Brad Seagraves (Brandi) of Carnesville; his grandchildren, Bailee Chitwood (Brian) and Brylee Seagraves; his great grandchildren, Lacey and Brett Chitwood; his sister Amanda Payne of Commerce; and his close friend Patsy Minish.
