He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker Hart; his children, Arlen Hart (Angie Higgins Hart), Rhonda Hart of Carnesville, Wesley Hart of Toccoa and Terry (Kimberly Bond); his son-in-law Wendall Poole of Deatsville; his brothers-in-law, William Cothran of Royston and Tom Gilley of Tyler; and his nephew Michael.
