He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wesley and Ella Dickson Williams; and his brother Tom Henry Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, L. B. Williams, Horace Williams, Sam Williams, Frances Rampley, Ruby Crump, Dan Williams, Carter Williams and Marvin Williams; his wife Van Owens Williams; his sister Tootsie Andrews; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Williams, Alberta Santmyres, Ruth Owens and Jean Owens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials be made to the Cross Roads Baptist Church, 16144 GA Hwy 59, Carnesville, Georgia 30521.
