He was predeceased by: his father Guy Floyd. He is survived by: his parent Hilley Smith; his wife Eva Marie Smith; his children, Sam Smith and McKenzie "Mack" Smith; and his siblings, Scotty Smith of Martin, GA, Peggy Locklear of Dallas, GA, Renee Tice, Lavonia and Teresa Stone.
