She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Chastain, Don Chastain, Elsie Smith (Rusty) of Nashville, TN, Betty Allen (Nick), Martha Floyd, Lavonia, Sandra Glaze and Cornelia; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Chastain. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
