We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2021, at the age of 76, Jannet Skinner (Carnesville, Georgia), born in Spencer, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Starcher and Goldie Romine Starcher; and her siblings, Jack Starcher, Jim Starcher and Cheryl Pumphrey.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Wilson (Donny), Sherry Skinner, Christina Burns, Michael Clayton and Julie Brown; and her sister Madelyn Duncan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
