He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Augustus and Mattie Lou Cisson Perkins; and his granddaughter Sondra. He is survived by: his wife Lorene Thomas Perkins; his son James; his children-in-law, Lori Perkins and Michael McBride; his granddaughter Jessica; his great grandchildren, Ian, Aubri and Ellie; and his sisters, Lula Adams, Carrie Lou Harris, Sarah Adams, Carnesville, Bobbie Jean Bartlett and Lavonia.
