He is survived by: his children, John Payne (Sonia) of Carnesville and Jaime Wynn (Michael) of Thompsons Station, TN.; his grandchildren, Cannon Tate Wynn, Solyan and Noeshi Burgos Velez; and his great grandchildren, Jerlyan, Norelis, Jamelys and Jon Ian.
