He was predeceased by: his parents, Ace Payne and Imogene Payne. He is survived by: his children, John Payne (Sonia) of Carnesville and Jaime Wynn (Michael) of Thompsons Station, TN.; his grandchildren, Cannon Tate Wynn, Solyan and Noeshi Burgos Velez; and his great grandchildren, Jerlyan, Norelis, Jamelys and Jon Ian.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ginn Funeral Home (90 Church St, Carnesville, GA 30521). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Liberty Baptist Church Carnesville, GA in Frank's honor.
