He is survived by: his siblings, Leon Segars and Ruth Segars; his children, Brian (Donna Segars), Lavonia, Teresa (Trevor Mitchell), Tanya (Mark Belk) and Lanett of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Brayden Mitchell, David Segars, Noah Belk, Adam Belk, Jessica Segars, Allyssa Segars, Gabby Segars, Hayley Segars, Kinsey Segars and Blake Segars.
