T.); her great grandchildren, Ellis, Evan, Silas and Ezra; her siblings, Delores Johnson and Dennis of Cumming, GA.; and her sister-in-law Gail Jones of Cumming, GA..
The family respectivly asks that flowers be omitted and memorials may be made in her memory to the ALS Foundation.
