He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Holcomb Baltimore and Bobby Jane Whitley Thomas. He is survived by: his brother William Ray Thomas, Sr.; his niece Jacqueline Flippen; his nephew Tracey Wayne King; his great-nephews, Dakota Escobar and Briceson Lara; and his great-niece Skyler Escobar. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
