He is survived by: his son Alfred J. Botelho of Carnesville, GA; his grandchildren, Tammy Botelho Caudell (Cale) of Winterville, GA and Shawn Botelho (Amy) of Augusta, GA; his great grandchildren, Lyric Malone Caudell and Jonathan David Botelho; his daughter-in-law Dorothy Botelho; and his siblings, George Botelho, Joseph Botelho, Manuel Botelho, Almorinda Medeiros, Louis Botelho, Richard Botelho, Olga DeMello, Agnes Michael and Virginia Jennings (Sydney).
