He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guy Thompson, Sr. and Ellie Lee Webb Thompson; and his grandsons, Michael Smith and John Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Harrison Thompson; his children, Donna Lynn Smith of Comer, William Keith Thompson (Sheila) of Carlton, Jon Kevin Thompson (Judy) of Eatonton and Kenneth Guy Thompson (Lisa) of Lavonia; his sister Jean Thompson Norris of Commerce; and his grandchildren, Crystie Lee (David), Gina Thompson Cope (Bobby), David Thompson (Vanessa), Becky Pittman (Mitchell), Sarah Langenwalter (Caley), Jeffrey Thompson (Leah), Brady Thompson and Cody Thompson. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and many other beloved family members.
