She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley May Sales and Anthony Joseph Johnson; her brother Anthony Troy Sales; and her grandparents, Fausto Acoba Sales and Gertrude Nicolas Sales.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Threlkeld; her children, Wade Threlkeld and Leslie Garner (Kyle); her grandsons, Jake and Beau Garner; and her siblings, Kelly McElreath, Robin McElreath, Kim Waldrop, Samuel "Sammy" Newhouse, Brian Newhouse and Kaieme Newhouse.
