He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Crowe and Mary Frances Hightower Crowe; his wife Gloria Jean Williams Crowe; and his brother Robbie Crowe. He is survived by: his daughter Leila; his son-in-law Brian Garner of Carlton, GA; his sons, Andy Jenkins and James Jenkins; his sisters, Amanda Crosby and Vanessa Dembowski; and his grandchildren, Alexis Hatton (Brittany), Andrea Jenkins, Amanda Jenkins, Christy Jenkins, Brittany Simpkins and Anthony Sailers. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
