He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cantrell and Betty Jo Sheridan Elliott; and his brothers, Ted, Jimmy and Johnny Cantrell.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Berryman Cantrell; his daughter Dara Navas; his grandchildren, Jonah and Rose Navas; his son Aaron Cantrell; his grandson AJ; his daughter Jessica Worsham; his grandchildren, Alex Davis, Mya Phillips and Isabella Barrow; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Adam Christian; his grandchildren, Kade and Reese Christian; his stepfather Clay Dean Elliott; his brothers, Scot Cantrell (Suzanne) and Jerry Cantrell; and his stepsiblings, Tony Elliott, Nancy Truelove, Betty Sue Elliott and Janice Royal.
