She is survived by: her children, Jackie Waters (Elvis), Jody Dale (Darlene) and Scottie Dale (April); her close friend Frank Roper; her daughter-in-law Patricia Dale; her grandchildren, Amanda Waters, Carrie Waters, Jason Dale, Melissa Dale, Savannah Holloway, Alaina Dale, Alyssa Dale and Jacob Dale; and her siblings, Susie Elliott and Billy Chadwick. She is also survived by niece, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
