He is survived by: his wife Jean Bates Holbrook; his daughters, Kimberley Castleberry and Alicia Holbrook of Canton, GA; his sister Leisa Holbrook Chastain (Anthony) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Kiersten Williams (Noah), Alexis, Ethan and Landon Castleberry; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Holbrook and Ann Bates Price (Lee).
