She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Fowler; and her parents, Cleaborn Padgett and Louise Padgett. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Donna Kelley (Roy) and Sherry Little (Kenny); her siblings, Dianne Eddings, John Padgett, Sue Marchman, Wayne Padgett, Deborah Brown and Jane Martin; her grandchildren, Amanda (David), Jessie and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Bryce and Landen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Park (120 Memorial Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
