She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Chambers and Elberta Fowler Chambers; and her siblings, Byron Chambers, Ricky Chambers and Connie Dickerson.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Bohannon; her children, Tabatha Davis (Eric), Joshua Jarvis (Tabitha), Jessica Pharis (Jeremy) and Taylor; and her siblings, Dwight Chambers (Linda) and Tina Pearson (Jeff). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeside to assist with funeral expenses.
