He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Hancock; and his grandson Brandon Hancock. He is survived by: his sons, Stacy Hancock (Claudia), Dennis Hancock and Randall Hancock; his grandchildren, Elisha Hancock and Desarae Hancock; and his siblings, Tommy Hancock (Brenda), David Hancock (Selena), Ronnie Hancock (Michelle), Ethel Stewart, Carol Sharp (Tommy), Wanda Parker, Deborah Long (Harvey) and Linda Payne (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
