It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Sherlock of Canton, Georgia, who passed away on May 7, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, John is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent R. Sherlock and Margaret Sherlock. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn K. Sherlock; his daughters, Kimberly Porter (Brett Sheehan) and Heather Smith; his brother Steve Sherlock (Lorena); and his granddaughter Phoenix Smith.
